Delivery & Returns

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, there will be a number of delivery options shown. Please select the most appropriate option. If you are unsure which option to select, please feel free to contact us. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. 

Payment through our website is via all major credit and debit cards via PayPal, BACS cheques or cash may be used through prior agreement but must be cleared prior to dispatch. Our minimum order invoice value is £20 (excluding VAT).

Goods ordered below this amount will be charged at the minimum invoice value.

Carriage costs

Orders of £350 or more (excluding VAT) are delivered CARRIAGE FREE (standard three day service).

Standard 3 day service £30.95

Next working day £34.95 

Next working day before 10.30am £52.95

Next working day before 12 noon £41.95

Delivery Saturday morning £52.95
ALL ABOVE RATES ARE UP TO 20 KILOS (Additional £3 per 10 Kilo thereafter).
Pallets Deliveries:

£55 for a three day service

£65 for a next day service
Cut off times for order is 10am (subject to availability)

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and HIANDS shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. 

Force Majeure
If HIANDS or its associates are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or susped any of our obligations to you without liability.

Examples of those circumstances include act of God, accident, explosion, war, terrorism, fire, flood, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining supplies. 

Returns
We will accept the return of good from you only:

  1. By our prior agreement (confirmed in writing);
  2. On payment of 25% handling charge (unelss the goods were defective when delivered); and 
  3. Where the goods are as fit for sale on their return as they were on delivery.
  4. Goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. 
  5. Goods cannot be accepted for return after 10 days from the date of invoice (unless the goods were defective when delivered).
  6. Goods cannot be accepted for return in machined or drilled in any way (this applies to all goods including defective goods)

Refund of Payment

Provided goods are returned as above, payment will be refunded to you according to the following:

  1. In the original method that payment was made;
  2. Less any charges that we may have incurred;
  3. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of confirmation by us that goods comply with the Returns policy above

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders
You may not cancel the order unless we agree in writing.
